LOWELL – On Tuesday, March 19, Middlesex North Register of Deeds Richard P. Howe, Jr., joined Kids in Tech to teach students at the Moody School about the history of the City of Lowell, the role of the Register of Deeds, and the evolution of technology going back to the earliest days of the City’s founding.
“The City of Lowell has been home to some of the most impactful technology pioneers in history, looking all the way back to the earliest advances in commerce in the area,” said Register Howe. “You can look right in our backyard to see the very start of technology and industry, and having the opportunity to speak to the students in the Kids in Tech program was a great opportunity to share that history and background with a new generation of people who call Lowell home. The kids were incredibly engaged and I was so impressed by their insight and curiosity. Kids in Tech is making a huge impact on this community.”Read More > “Register of Deeds Richard P.
