Our interactive program provides children aged 8 - 14 the skills, education, and confidence they need to improve their technology savvy and thrive as future leaders. DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAY
This is a full-time position following a hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
As our STEM Program Coordinator, you'll play a key role in developing and enhancing STEM programs that inspire young learners ages 9-14. You'll assist in creating hands-on curricula for both in-person and virtual settings, ensuring programs are stocked with the right materials and using evaluation tools like SAYO and PEAR to measure success. You'll recruit and support passionate program staff and volunteers, strengthen relationships with school leaders, and help expand our outreach in Boston and Lowell. Your work will directly shape the future of STEM education, ensuring that all kids have access to quality learning experiences that spark their creativity and innovation!
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- • Experience designing and delivering STEM curricula for kids ages 9-14
- • Experience working with under-resourced and diverse communities
- • Public speaking and workshop facilitation experience
- • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
