Our Kids in Tech’s STEM Challenge will help students in grades 5-8 – and beyond – learn the concepts of AI and Machine Learning, in a fun and engaging way that is ethical and that they can apply to make change in the real world. In their final project, students will design their own Smart Cities which contain one or all of the following systems: optimized energy and water management, more accessible transportation, and advanced public security and safety.
Some of the top position include:
Develop software to allow computers to do things such as facial recognition.
Design tools for predictive text, automatic translation, virtual assistants, and so much more.
Gather, analyze, store, and share the important aspects of the data.
Design and program autonomous robots from Roombas to self-driving cars.
Analyze patient notes to predict health conditions and treatment plans.
Optimize learning resources for students and teachers.
Each participating educator, please submit the registration form below. School and district leaders, feel free to register below to receive all communications and materials, but participating teachers in your school or district should also register.
